How To Add A New Customer / Member?      

In Touch, do as follows:
  • Select the New Customer (#68) POS Key to open the New Customer screen.
  • Enter the details obtained from the Customer/Member into the fields provided, as is appropriate.
  • Configure any other remaining details that is appropriate for the Customer/Member. For example:
    • Account Limit
    • Allergens
    • Alternate ID
    • Classification
    • Contact Lists (Email, Mailing, SMS)
    • ID
    • Linked Classifications
    • Linked Interest Groups
    • Notes
    • Photo
    • PIN
  • Select the Check Member ID option to validate that the Member ID displayed is available to be used.
  • Confirm with the Customer/Member that the details entered are correct and accurate.
  • Select the Done option to add the new Customer/Member to Swiftpos Back Office.
    • In Back Office, navigate to the Member Records screen and locate and select the new Customer/Member added above. Confirm the details are correct and accurate. Refer HERE for more information.
  • To retrieve the new Customer/Member in Touch and add them to an Order/Sale refer HERE for more information.
