Add A Customer / Member To An Order / Sale

This outlines the How To Add A Customer / Member To An Order / Sale using the Customer (#102) POS Key. Refer HERE for more information.

How To Add A Customer/Member To An Order/Sale? ▲ ▼
- In Touch, enter/scan the Customer's/Member's Card/Number.
- Select the Customer (#102) POS Key. If the found, their Name will appear in the sales grid. If not found a prompt will be displayed confirming the Customer/Member was not found. The Customer/Member's details displayed in the sales grid can be configured HERE.
- Add Items/Products to an Order/Sale.
- Finalise the Order/Sale. The Sale/Order can be charged to the Customer's/Member/s Account using the Account Charge POS Key, provided they have the funds in their Account.
- Or by:
- In Touch, add Items/Products to an Order/Sale.
- Enter/Scan the Customer's/Member's Card/Number.
- Select the Customer (#102) POS Key. If the found, their Name will appear in the sales grid. If not found a prompt will be displayed confirming the Customer/Member was not found. The Customer/Member's details displayed in the sales grid can be configured HERE.
- Finalise the Order/Sale. The Sale/Order can be charged to the Customer's/Member/s Account using the Account Charge POS Key, provided they have the funds in their Account.
