Transaction
TouchMini v2 - Screens
To access, select the View option from the Actions drop-down list in the Transactions menu. Used to:
- To exit and return to the Transactions menu, select the down arrow in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Provide a QR code to a patron to scan in order to retrieve their receipt. Refer HERE for more information.
Notes ...
The inverted appearance of the QR code is by design. This is to enable staff to present the QR code for patrons to scan, without having to turn the TouchMini device around.
- Provide information relating to the transaction, by providing:
- The Order ID.
- The Date and time of the transaction.
- The items ordered.
- The value of the Order.
- The payment medium. For example, Cash.
- Print a Receipt. This is only applicable if the TouchMini device has a printing option available.
- View a Receipt - Select the VIEW RECEIPT option to view a copy of the receipt. For example:
