When Is It Used? ▲ ▼
Used when a Surcharge is to be applied to Orders/Sales placed via Orderaway and/orTouchmini. It provides Venues with the option of applying a Surcharge to all Orders/Sales placed. For example, a Public Holiday Surcharge. Surcharges are only available in:
- Orderaway
- Touchmini

How To Configure For Surcharges? ▲ ▼
In Back Office:
- Create a new Surcharge in Back Office by selecting the New option in the Surcharge Setup screen.
- Give the new Surcharge an appropriate name. For example, 15% Public Holiday Surcharge.
- Ensure the Web Enabled option is selected.
- Ensure the Auto Apply Discount option is selected.
- Configure any other settings as is appropriate for the Discount being offered. For example, Discount (Single Product or Family), Dates and Times, Filters and Discount Settings.
- Save the Discount.
