About

What Is Required?

  • Touchmini v3.1.6
  • Ensure those items/Products that will be able to be ordered using Touchmini, are sufficiently stocked and their Stock on Hand (SoH) levels are correctly recorded in Swiftpos Back Office.

What To Consider?

  • Stock on Hand (SoH) quantities will only be visible against Products that are stocked. That is they are of the type: Purchased Items, Reciped Items or Production Items. Non-inventoried Items/Products will not have a Stock on Hand (SoH) quantity displayed.

When Is It Used?

Used to alert Clerks/Staff when stock for a certain Item/Product is no longer available and hence cannot be ordered. For example, when the Stock on Hand (SoH) for Finlandia Vodka (700ml) is at a quantity of 6, then the text 6 Soh will display opposite the Item/Product in Touchmini. The quantity displayed will be decremented each time a bottle of Finlandia Vodka (700ml) is ordered.

This may take a while, as the Order will need to be sent to Touch and processed before the quantity is adjusted appropriately.
