In the Receipt tab, do as follows:

• Ensure the Customise receipt header/footer option is selected, and the Receipt header/footer information is configured appropriately so that Receipts can be generated in Venue Manager using the information configured here.

How To Generate?     ▲ ▼

In TouchMini offline receipts are generated by default when:

• Online receipt settings are not configured, to ensure patrons are able to gain access to a digital Receipt.
• When TouchMini is offline and NOT connected to the Touch Master Order terminal (MOT), and therefore cannot retrieve the Touch generated Receipt via the POS API.
