Transfer A Device Locked To An Event Area between Locations

This outlines How To Transfer TouchMini devices that are currently locked to one or more Event Areas (Suites) between Locations.

    To Be Considered      

    • This menu option DOES NOT support the transfer of TouchMini devices (between Locations) that are locked to one or more Event Areas (Suites).


    What Is Required?      

    1. The device must be registered and enabled within a Location.
    2. More than one Location must be activated within the Venue.


    How To Transfer A Device Locked To An Event Area Between Locations?      

    • When the screen requesting the entry of a Venue Id and Device Name is displayed.


    • Enter the Cloud Client ID of the swiftpos Location to which the device is to be transferred to, in the Venue Id field.
    • In the Device Name field, enter an appropriate name for the device.
    • Select the Request button. The following screen will be displayed:
