This issue may arise as a result of one of the following:

  • When a Clerk/Staff Member logs in and a Held Order/Sale exists as a result of the same Clerk/Staff Member being previously automatically logged off while still taking an Order/Sale.

This can occur as a result of the Clerk Auto Log Off option being selected and configured.

 

Action To Be Taken      ▲ ▼

  • Select OK to continue to complete the interrupted Order/Sale. Once selected the Held Order/Sale will automatically be recalled.
