This outlines What Is Required by Venues when considering implementing OrderAway.

Ensure version 4.7.2 or higher is installed on the swiftpos server. It can be downloaded from HERE.

- SwiftPOS v10.22+
- For Venues that have swiftpos v10.37+, the Cloud Onboarding process must be completed.
- Server - Access to the swiftpos server, with ability to run Back Office as the swiftpos Administrator.
- Authentication To swiftpos At A Venue

- Services - The following swiftpos Services need to be installed and running:
- Cloud Sync Service - This service is ONLY required for Orderaway v3 UI and TouchMini v2. It is automatically installed via the Cloud Onboarding process and needs to be running.
- Connect
- Gateway Client – This new service needs to be installed and will only start when an OrderAway Location is Activated. Once activated, the Gateway Client Service will be manually started. It facilitates the communication from the Site's/Venue’s swiftpos server to the swiftpos OrderAway Cloud Server. This will be an outbound secure amqp internet connection to the Cloud.

- Service Monitor
- Cloud Onboarding - This is required to establishes a secure connection between swiftpos at a Venue and the swiftpos Cloud infrastructure.
- Cloud Connectivity
- SwiftAPI URL - Ensure the the SwiftAPI URL is set to the site's Web Server.
- Locations - Venues will need to add each Location that is going to be making use of OrderAway and then also ensure each of them is Activated.
Notes...
OrderAway must be activated for a swiftpos Location and associated with an Orders Master Touch Terminal in the Venue for Orders to be processed.

- Orders - Ensure that for each Location, listed in the OrderAway Locations, a single swiftpos Touch Terminal is designated as the Orders Master Terminal and has the Orders > Enabled option selected.
- Also, consideration may need to be given to the Finalise Remote/Web Order options available within the Table Tracking > Orders tab.

Connect Permissions ▲ ▼
In the Connect menu, select the Permissions option. Refer to How To Access Venue Manager for more information.
Then select the following from the Select Integrator drop down list:
- Micropower Member Services entry and ensure the following options are enabled:
- POS Presets
- Member/Loyalty Presets

- MPowerApos entry and ensure the following options are enabled:
- POS Presets
- Member/Loyalty Presets

- Ensure the Update button is selected to save any configuration changes made.
Web Server ▲ ▼
A Web server (for example, IIS) must exist and have the swiftpos API installed. Refer to Reseller Help - Web Server (IIS) Installation for more information.
