      How To Pre-Order For An Event?      ▲ ▼

      A patron can pre-Order for an upcoming event by either:

      • Scanning a QR code that has a specific Event specified. For example, https://test.swiftpos.com.au/Orderaway/bngrestaurant?eventCode=QPAC001

      • Scanning a QR code that has NO specific Event specified. For example, https://test.swiftpos.com.au/Orderaway/bngrestaurant?eventCode=
      • Scanning a QR code that has an incomplete/incorrect specific Event specified. For example,
        https://test.swiftpos.com.au/Orderaway/bngrestaurant?eventCode=QPAC00

      What Is Required?      ▲ ▼

      • Events will need to be configured in the Events tab.
      • QR codes containing the Event IDs for Events will need to be made available to patrons.

       

      When Is It Used?      ▲ ▼

      Used when a Venue is hosting one or more upcoming Events and pre-ordering is offered to patrons prior to their chosen Event. The benefits to Venues using this feature are, they are better able to prepare and plan for upcoming Events.
