What Is / Is Not Supported?

The following limitations currently apply to Orderaway:

Web Redemption Ratio - If it is set to anything other than 0, then this is what will be returned to Orderaway. If it is set to 0, then the same Redemption Ratio as returned to Touch is returned to Orderaway.
Points Accounts - Currently Orderaway is limited to only the 1st Points Account. Support for multiple Loyalty Point buckets is coming soon. Given this if a Venue wants to use ePurse points in Orderaway, it is recommended to do the following:
- Assign Media 529 to Points in Back Office.
- Ensure the Get Points Account option is NOT selected in the Swiftpos Back Office Interface Settings tab in NetPOS. If it IS SELECTED, then Swiftpos will always return this as the Points Account and NOT the 1st ePurse Points Account.
