Back Office
This outlines how to Manage Blackhawk Products in Back Office. The Blackhawk Products referred to here are also know as POR (PIN On Request) Products or Digital Accounts.

What Is Required? ▲ ▼
- Ensure a Clerk/Staff Member has access to the Vouchers/Discounts > VAS Products Links menu option in the Back Office.
- A list of Blackhawk Products will need to be requested from Blackhawk. Refer to the What Is Required subject for more information.
How To Add A Blackhawk Product ▲ ▼
Do as follows:
- In the VAS Products Links screen:
- Select the Location from the drop down list in the header section.
- Select the Blackhawk option from the VAS Type drop down list in the header section.
- For each of the Products provided by Blackhawk, do as follows:
- Select the Add Blackhawk Product option from the Add/Import Items button.
- In the Add/Edit Blackhawk Product screen enter the details of the Product provided by Blackhawk and select OK.
- The Product will be added to the grid in the VAS Products Links screen.
- Select the newly added Product and select the Activate Item button to set the Product as Active. This will ensure the Product can be searched/selected in Touch using the Top Up 3rd Party Account (#244) POS Key.
How To Edit A Blackhawk Product ▲ ▼
Do as follows:
- In the VAS Products Links screen:
- Select the Location from the drop down list in the header section.
- Select the Blackhawk option from the VAS Type drop down list in the header section.
- Select one of the Blackhawk Products listed and select the Edit button.
- In the Add/Edit Blackhawk Product screen change the details as required and select OK.
How To Activate A Blackhawk Product ▲ ▼
Do as follows:
- In the VAS Products Links screen:
- Select the Location from the drop down list in the header section.
- Select the Blackhawk option from the VAS Type drop down list in the header section.
- Select one of the Inactive Products listed. A Product is considered Inactive when it does not have a value displayed in the Active column.
- Select the Activate Item button.
- Once activated, the text Active will be displayed in the Active column against the selected Product.
Notes ...
Only one Product can be Activated at a time.
How To Deactivate A Blackhawk Product ▲ ▼
Do as follows:
- In the VAS Products Links screen:
- Select the Location from the drop down list in the header section.
- Select the Blackhawk option from the VAS Type drop down list in the header section.
- Select one or more active Products listed. A Product is considered active when the text Active is displayed in the Active column.
- Select the Deactivate Item option from the Delete button.
- Once deactivated, no value will be displayed in the Active column against the selected Product(s).
Notes ...
One or more Products can be Deactivated at a time.
How To Delete A Blackhawk Product ▲ ▼
Do as follows:
- In the VAS Products Links screen:
- Select the Location from the drop down list in the header section.
- Select the Blackhawk option from the VAS Type drop down list in the header section.
- Select one or more Products listed. Both an Active and Inactive Product can be deleted.
- Select the Delete Products option from the Delete button.
- Once deleted the Product(s) deleted will no longer be displayed in the grid.
Notes ...
One or more Products can be Deleted at a time.
What Are The Limitations? ▲ ▼
- Only one Product can be Activated at a time.
