    What Is Required?      

    • The SwiftPOS Zen Global Frequent Shopper Offers interface will need to already have been implemented. Refer to Getting Started for more information.


    How To Refund Using Zen Global Loyalty Points?      

    To refund an item using Zen Global Loyalty Points, do as follows:

    • Select the Refund Mode (#1003) POS Key in Touch.
    • Add an item to the sale.
    • Enter/Scan the Zen Global Customer's Frequent Shopper card.
    • Select the Charge/Redemption (#151) POS Key that has been configured for Zen Global. Refer to How To Configure Touch for more information.
    • Select the Use button.
    • Select OK.
    • The Zen Global Customer's loyalty points should be increased according to the amount being refunded.
