How To Refund Using Zen Global Loyalty Points? ▲ ▼
To refund an item using Zen Global Loyalty Points, do as follows:
- Select the Refund Mode (#1003) POS Key in Touch.
- Add an item to the sale.
- Enter/Scan the Zen Global Customer's Frequent Shopper card.
- Select the Charge/Redemption (#151) POS Key that has been configured for Zen Global. Refer to How To Configure Touch for more information.
- Select the Use button.
- Select OK.
- The Zen Global Customer's loyalty points should be increased according to the amount being refunded.
