How To Redeem Zen Global Loyalty Points? ▲ ▼
To redeem a customer's loyalty points in Touch, do as follows:
- Add Items to a sale.
- Select the ZG Customer (Customer (#102) POS Key. Refer to How To Configure Touch for more information.
- Enter the Customer's Frequent Shopper ID or scan the Customer's Frequent Shopper card.
- The Customer Offers screen may be displayed depending on whether the Customer has offers available:
- If offers are available, the Customer can now choose to apply any one of the offers available, or not. Refer to How To Apply A Frequent Shopper Offer for more information.
- If no offers are available, a prompt confirming no offers are available will be displayed. Select OK at the prompt.
- Select the ZG Redeem Loyalty Points Charge / Redemption (#151) POS Key. Refer to How To Configure Touch for more information.
- The Live Charge screen will be displayed, showing the Customer's current Zen Points.
- Select the Use button to redeem the total value of the Sale or select the Keyboard button to enter the value to be redeemed.
- Select OK
- if there is an amount still requiring payment, finalise the sale.

- The swiftpos Zen Global Frequent Shopper Offers interface will need to already have been implemented. Refer to GET STARTED for more information.
- The Zen Global Member must have already accrued loyalty points.
