This POS Key is used to include Allergens declared by a patron when taking an Order in Touch. Once included, Clerk/Staff will be alerted to those Items/Products in the Order for which an Allergen is detected, ensuring that the Orders's dietary requirements are met.

• Ensure this POS Key is added to the appropriate Keyboard Layout using the Designer. Refer HERE for more information.
• Venues wanting to make use of Allergens will need to first familiarise themselves with the information provided HERE.

• If required, access to this POS Key can be restricted by the Clerk Security feature.
