When an attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format.
Cause
This issue may arise as a result of one of the following:
- The IIS Application Pool being used is NOT set to 32 bit.
Action To Be Taken
- Ensure the IIS Application Pool is set to 32 bit and restart the IIS service.
