Ensure that Orders/Sales submitted in the Cloud are submitted using the Swiftpos API and sent to the Swiftpos designated Orders Device for the selected Location.

If the Submit orders directly to Touch POS option is NOT selected, Orders/Sales will be submitted using the Back Office API, then use the Swiftpos Connect Service to send to the Swiftpos designated Orders Terminal for the selected Location.

• In the Activation Wizard screen, displayed when activating a Swiftpos Location, ensure the Submit orders directly to Touch POS option is selected.
