Edit Favourite Reports
Back Office - Screens
To access, select the Edit Favourites option in the footer section of the Reports screen. Used to edit/manage Reports that have been previously Saved as Favourite.

Private Tab ▲ ▼
Lists those Reports that have been Saved as Favourite or Copied (see Copy option below) and set as Private by the currently logged in Clerk/Staff Member.
Grid Section
Lists the Reports along with their Favourite Name, Created By, Base Report Name, and Use Filters as Default indicator.
Notes ...
The Favourite Name entered will replace the Report Name (Title) / File Name when the report is generated. Also, the Favourite Name can only be changed for those Reports that are owned by the currently logged in Clerk/Staff Member. Rows displayed in the grid can be sorted by toggle selecting the column headings.
Footer Section

Retrieve - Select to exit and return to the Reports menu with the selected Report highlighted and it's filters/options loaded.

Copy - Select to copy the selected Report.

Save - Select to save changes.

Delete - Select to delete the selected row.
Notes ...
Only Reports owned by the currently logged in Clerk/Staff Member can be deleted.

Set as Public - Select to set a Favourite Report as Public.

Close - Select to exit.
Public Tab ▲ ▼
Lists all those Reports that the currently logged in Clerk/Staff Member has the authority to access, and that have been Saved as Favourite and set as Public by all Clerks/Staff.
Grid Section
