Provides a list of Kitchen related reports available in Back Office. To access, select the Reports option in any one of the menus in Back Office, to open the Reports screen. Then expand the Kitchen option listed on the left-hand side of the screen, to view the list of Kitchen reports.

Kitchen Order Times

KIN001

Reports a summary of Orders, Order Times and Order By Print Group. Lists:

For the Order Summary, it lists the Order Count, Fastest Order Time, Slowest Order Time, Average Order Time and the Total Order Time.

For the Order Times, it lists the Location, KVS #, Time Periods and No. of Orders.

For the Orders By Print Group, it lists the Print Group and Print Group Time.
