Back Office - Reports

Provides a list of Administration related reports available in Back Office. To access, select the Reports option in the Administration menu in Back Office, to open the Reports screen. Then expand the Administration option listed on the left-hand side of the screen, to view the list of Administration reports.

Database Activity Report	ADM002	Reports on log entries written to the EventLogTable database table when various key data items are changed/deleted (for example, Recipes, Product PLUs, Member Numbers, etc). It also logs when a Location is locked/released and when a stocktake is committed. Log entries can be cleared by ensuring the Clear Database Table Logs option in the EOD is enabled and configured. Lists Date/Time, Severity, User, Workstation and Object Name. Also reports on Product Code, Product Description, Price Level ID and Name, Promotion ID and Name and Price.
Database Audit	ADM001	Reports on logging of changes recorded when the Log Data Changes option is enabled and log entries are written to the AuditLogTable database table. Log entries can be cleared by ensuring the Clear Database Table Logs option in the EOD is enabled and configured. Data reported is grouped by database Table. Lists Date/Time, Changed By and Change. In addition, the detailed version lists the Ref ID, Column Changed, Original and New Values.
Location Barcode Listing	ADM003	Reports on Location Barcodes based on the Location #, Lists Location #, Location Description, Barcode, Price Levels and Delivery Address. This report can be sorted by Location Name or Location Description.
Location Group Listing	ADM004	Reports on Locations grouped by Location Group. Lists Location Group (Venue), Sales File Path, Sales File Extension, Location #, Location Description, Default Price Level, the Draw From Location and the Location Type.
Member Changes Log Report	ADM006	Reports on log entries written to the MemberChangesTable database table when changes are made to a Member's/Customer's details. Log entries can be cleared by ensuring the Clear Database Table Logs option in the EOD is enabled and configured. Reported data is grouped by Customer/Member and lists Member #, Member Name, Changed by Clerk ID, Clerk Name, Date/Time of change, Name of Field changed, Original and New Value.
POS Terminal Setup	ADM007	Reports on Swiftpos Touch Terminals grouped by Location. Lists Terminal ID, Terminal Description, Active indicator, Camera Zone, date of Last Transaction and date Last Reconciled. This report can be filtered by Terminal Status.
TCP Event Log Report	ADM008	Reports on communication between Swiftpos Touch Terminals and Connect. Lists Date/Time, Location Description, Terminal ID, Terminal Description and Message.
Web Event Log Report	ADM009	Reports on Web Application Event Logs. Lists Date/Time, Severity, User Name and URL.
Electronic Journal Summaries and Transaction Summary	ADM010	Reports on the number of Transactions grouped by Type and summarised by calendar month and year. Lists the Year, for each year each Month, the Type of Transaction and the total number of Transactions.
Voucher Ledger Changes Audit	ADM011	Reports on the changes made to Vouchers via the Voucher Ledger screen grouped by Voucher and Date/Time changed. Lists the Voucher, Barcode, Mapping String, Date/Time, Reason, Change By, Value Changed, Original Value and New Value.
