What Is Required? ▲ ▼
- A Self-Service styled Keyboard must already exist with a Layout configured.
When Is It Used? ▲ ▼
Used when the Layout of Self-Service Kiosk or POS needs to be set to one of the options available, which could be one of the following:
- Admin
- Checkout - This Layout is NOT used by Self-Service POS.
- Master
- Order Type - This Layout is NOT used by Self-Service POS.
- Out Of Service
- Start (Welcome)
- Summary (Order confirmation) - This Layout is NOT used by Self-Service POS.

How To Set The Keyboard Layout Type For Self-Service Kiosks? ▲ ▼
In Back Office, do as follows:

Select the Keyboards option in the Touch Settings menu, to open the Keyboards screen.

Select the Keyboards menu in the Toolbar.
- Select the Open Keyboard option in the footer section, to open the Touch Keyboards screen.
- Select the Self-Service styled Keyboard for which the Layout type is to be set, from the list of available Keyboards, to open it.
- Select the Layout Type option from the Layout menu to display the Layout Type options available.
- Select from the Layout Type options available the Layout type the Self-Service Layout is to be set as.
