• A Self-Service styled Keyboard must already exist with a Layout configured.

When Is It Used?      ▲ ▼

Used when the Layout of Self-Service Kiosk or POS needs to be set to one of the options available, which could be one of the following:

• Admin
• Checkout - This Layout is NOT used by Self-Service POS.
• Master
• Order Type - This Layout is NOT used by Self-Service POS.
• Out Of Service
• Start (Welcome)
• Summary (Order confirmation) - This Layout is NOT used by Self-Service POS.

How To Set The Keyboard Layout Type For Self-Service Kiosks?      ▲ ▼

In Back Office, do as follows:

• Select the Keyboards option in the Touch Settings menu, to open the Keyboards screen.

• Select the Keyboards menu in the Toolbar.

• Select the Open Keyboard option in the footer section, to open the Touch Keyboards screen.
• Select the Self-Service styled Keyboard for which the Layout type is to be set, from the list of available Keyboards, to open it.
• Select the Layout Type option from the Layout menu to display the Layout Type options available.
• Select from the Layout Type options available the Layout type the Self-Service Layout is to be set as.
