How To Delete A Device?      

To delete a Device in Back Office, do as follows:

  • Access the Devices screen in Back Office.
  • Locate the Device to be deleted and select the left most column opposite the located Device to ensure the whole row is selected.
  • Select the Delete option to display the confirmation prompt.
  • To continue with the deleting of the Device, select the Delete Device option. Once deleted, the selected Device will no longer be displayed in the grid.
  • To exit without deleting the selected Device, select the Cancel option.
