Copy Keyboard Layouts
Back Office - How To
This outlines the How To Copy Keyboard Layouts.

What Is Required? ▲ ▼
- Multiple Keyboards with Layouts must already exist.
When Is It Used? ▲ ▼
Used when a copy of a Layout is required or a copy of all Layouts from a selected Keyboard is needed to be copied.
How To? ▲ ▼
How To Copy A Keyboard Layout? ▲ ▼
In Back Office, do as follows:

Select the Keyboards option in the Touch Settings menu, to open the Keyboards screen.
- Select the Keyboards menu in the Toolbar.
- Select the Open Keyboard option in the footer section, to open the Touch Keyboards screen.
- Select the Keyboard from which the Layout or Layouts are to be copied.
- Take note of the Layout count displayed in the Layout section.
- Select the Copy Current Layout option in the Layout menu in the Toolbar, to open the Touch Layouts screen.
- Select the Layout to be copied from the list of available Layouts.
- A Copy Layout prompt will be displayed with a generated name, with the text (Copy) in it's name, for the copied Layout displayed. For example, Beer (Copy). Change the name if required.
- Select OK.
- A Message prompt will be displayed confirming the creation of the copied Layout.
- Confirm the Layout count displayed in the Layout section has increased.
How To Copy Keyboard Layouts? ▲ ▼
In Back Office, do as follows:

Select the Keyboards option in the Touch Settings menu, to open the Keyboards screen.

Select the Keyboards menu in the Toolbar.

Select the Open Keyboard option in the footer section, to open the Touch Keyboards screen.
- Select the Keyboard from which the Layouts are to be copied.
- Take note of the Layout count displayed in the Layout section.
- Select the Copy existing Layouts option in the Layout menu in the Toolbar, to open the Touch Keyboards screen.
- Select the Keyboard from which all the Layouts are to be copied, from the list of available Keyboards.
- A Message prompt will be displayed confirming the copying of the Layouts.
- Select OK.
- Confirm the Layout count displayed in the Layout section has increased.
- A copy of all the Layouts from the selected Keyboard will be created suffixed with the text -(Copy)-Keyboard name to in it's name. For example, OA Wines-(Copy)-Conference Room.
