This outlines How To Add And Configure A Location for Swiftpos Cloud applications.

What Is Required? ▲ ▼
- One or moreSwiftpos Locations must already exist and be active.
- The appropriate permissions are granted toSwiftpos Clerk to ensure access to theSwiftpos Cloud. Refer HERE for more information.
When Is It Used? ▲ ▼
In order forSwiftpos Cloud applications such as Orderaway, Touchmini and 3rd Party Ordering systems to be able to place Orders and have them processed inSwiftpos Back Office, at least oneSwiftpos Location in the Venue must be added and activated via theSwiftpos Cloud Connectivity screen.

How To Add And Configure A Location? ▲ ▼
- To ADD a Location, do as follows:
- Access theSwiftpos Cloud Connectivity screen.
- Select the Add option.
- In the Search Locations screen select the Location to be added.
- Once added the Location will appear in the grid with NO VALUE displayed in the Cloud Client ID column.
- Save the changes.
- To CONFIGURE a Location, do as follows:
- Still in theSwiftpos Cloud Connectivity screen, select the Location added above
- Select the Edit option. The Web Location screen is displayed
- Configure each of the tabs as is appropriate for the Venue's Location. For more information regarding the tabs, click here
- Once completed select the OK option to save the changes
- The Location MUST now be Activated.
