This issue may arise as a result of one of the following:

  • This is often encountered when an entry is assigned/mapped to the wrong Account. For example, a COGS or Inventory Account is being used in the Sales Account column of the Sales Account tab.

 

Action To Be Taken      ▲ ▼

  • Confirm that the Account (321) is correctly assigned/mapped in the settings screen.
