The Journal in error was NOT exported, since it contained a zero dollar entry.
Cause ▼
This issue may arise as a result of one of the following:
- When exporting data and a rounding discrepancies is encountered between swiftpos and XERO.
Action To Be Taken ▲ ▼
- Identify the Log entry and ensure the Journal is manually entered in XERO.
