Vouchers / Discounts

Allows access to the Vouchers/Discounts menu, which is used to access Voucher/Discount related functions.

Clerk Group Permissions For Vouchers/Discounts      ▲ ▼

• Vouchers/Discounts
  Allows access to the modules within the Vouchers/Discounts menu, primarily used to manage promotions that need to apply to POS Terminals.
  
  • Discount Setup
    Allows access to build percentage or value Discount rules which can be automatically or manually applied to orders/sales at POS devices.
  • Surcharge Setup
    Allows access to build percentage or value Surcharge rules which can be automatically or manually applied to sales at POS devices.
  • Combo Setup
    Allows access to build predefined Combos which can be linked to a POS Key on a keyboard for things like a packages or franchise meal deals.
  • Mix n Match
    Allows access to build rules that can give percentage or value discounts when multiple items/products are purchased in the one order/sale at POS devices. For example, 2 for 1 deals or Burger + Chips + Drink Deal.
  • Raffle Tickets
    Allows access to setup Raffle tickets which can be sold from POS devices, generating Raffle numbers for a patron print out which can be drawn at a later time.
  • Vending Products
    Allows access to manage items/products which apply to 3rd party Vending Machine systems.
  • Vouchers
    Allows access to view/add/edit/delete Voucher rules which need to be automatically or manually generated by SwiftPOS. Vouchers can then be redeemed in subsequent transactions.
    
    • Voucher Actions
      Allows access to view/add/edit/delete Voucher Actions which can be linked to SwiftPOS Voucher rules, to define what happens when a voucher is redeemed. Impacts all Venues.
    • Voucher Layouts
      Allows access to view/add/edit/delete Voucher Layouts which can be linked to SwiftPOS Voucher rules, to define the look & feel of vouchers generated out of SwiftPOS. Impacts all Venues.
    • Clear Voucher Ledger Records
      Allows access to clear the voucher balances of all individual voucher barcodes of a certain Voucher Type.
  • Barrel Promotions
    Allows access to view/add/edit/delete Barrel Promotions Ticket rules which need to be automatically generated by SwiftPOS when order/sales occur. Tickets are usually printed to a Barrel printer or virtually stored for a draw at a later time.
  • VAS Products Links
    Allows access to manage items/products which link to Value Added Services (VAS) systems.
